How Many What by When - A Team Nimbus Mastery Series Workshop


What do you think is your biggest challenge?

The biggest challenge isn't getting the right sales/revenue targets and goals. The biggest challenge is understanding how many if what activities we need to acheive on a daily and weekly basis to prodcue those targeted results and then having to time to get those activities accomplished!. 

You've not only got to know the numbers, you also have to know what activities you need to engage in to acheive those numbers and create a fool-proof way to have the time to accomplish those activities.

How Many What by When? - is the workshop created for you to work all of that out. To establish your target and then create an activity plan that will identify what client aquisition activities you need to engage in on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to ensure achieving your targeted results.

Then you will actually build a calendar using the Calendar Blocking approach to allocate and reserve the time to accomplsh the activites layed out in your plan.

This workshop is limited to 10 participants and the design of the workshop is to get the "work" done in the workshop.  When you complete the workshop, you will: 

  • Know Your Numbers to produce the success you want
  • Have a Rainmaker Prospecting System for acquiring clients and
  • Have a Blocked Calendar to ensure you can and will execute that system

You will be in a position to execute; and execution produces results!

 

This workshop consist of two 3 1/2 hour sessions.  The first session is scheduled for Thurssday, April 14th , 8:30 Am -12:00 Noon.  The second session is scheduled for Thursday, April 28th, 1:00  PM -4:30 PM. Make sure to place both dates on your calendar.  You must be able to attend both sessions to participate.

 

* It is assumed that participants in Mastey Series workshops have completed 100 Days to Abundance, however, that is not a prerequisite.
